"Problems can be resolved by Buddhism"

Colombo, Sri Lanka -- Sri Lanka's opposition leader Ranil Wickramasinghe said that many problems can be resolved if we practice Buddhism.

He said so at the release of the second edition of the book named ?Politics and Dhamma?. This ceremony took place at Pannipitiya Buddhist Shrine.

Ranil Wickramasinghe said that Buddhism must be preserved for future
generation and the best form of democracy in the world is reflected in Buddhist Philosophy.

A programme to compile ?Thripitaka? commenced there and its first copy was opened by Opposition leader Ranil Wickramasinghe.
