A Buddhist ceremony will run from 8:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and other activities will start around 1 p.m., according to community member Tracy Sam.
The REACHASEY Band, a local group that plays Cambodian pop music, will perform from 6:30 p.m. to midnight.
The celebration, which marks the beginning of the Year of the Ox, is one of the biggest events in Cambodian culture.
