Let's have more varied discussions on Buddhist thought

I thoroughly enjoy this site. I hope you will  discuss the variables of thought in the different branches of Buddhism.

Some seem to emphasize meditation more while others avoid it all together. I have attended a Jodo Shinshu temple for five years and have noticed a lack of discussion about how Buddhism works. Thanks.
