Criticizing Buddhism

by Nidhi Singh, The Buddhist Channel, Jul 16, 2013

I am no longer going to support or promote the Buddhist Channel if it continues to assault Buddhism.

Instead of looking into the reasons for the conflicts in Burma and Sri Lanka, this so called channel for Buddhists is criticizing Buddhists against followers of a sick and rabid religion whose founder Mohammad who had no qualms on marrying a 9 year old girl, thought women belonged in a harem and non believers should be raped or killed.

Buddhists are told explicitly to overcome evil by good and the Good King Pasenadi in Buddhist texts does wage war against evil Ajatshatru who is intent upon conquest.

Buddhism is the middle path and Buddhists are allowed to defend righteousness -- not be pacifist in the face of evil. Please learn more about real Buddhism.
