Young is in Arizona

by Elizabeth Cohn, Managing Editor, Buddhist Relief, The Buddhist Channel, Oct 14, 2005

As a member of the Maryland branch of Kunzang Palyul Choling, I want to thank you for linking to the story about Tara's Babies in the Payson Round-Up.

As a former resident of the Buddhist retreat center referred to in the story, I would like to point out that Young (the town nearest the retreat center) is located in Arizona (not Missouri).

I think the confusion arises from the fact that the dogs in question came from a temporary refuge in Mississippi for animals rescued from New Orleans. For more about the situation, see our website and related sites.
