He said: “Economics is not based in luck. Economic success is due to a collection of conditions.
“The motivation and quality of the business person needs to improve because gain and loss are very much related with karma and merit.
“Relying solely on intelligence and mathematics is not a guaranteed method to make gains in business. There should be a good business plan, which operates positively from a karmic point of view and benefits the whole society.”
The retreat, will be held at Middle Stanley Farm, Gretton, from June 28 - July 2 and features a number of other ancient wisdom teachings, many of which are rarely taught in the west.
