Organiser David Cox told the WHT: "I cannot emphasise how rare it is to have someone with these amount of 'qualifications' in Tantric Buddhism, giving public lectures in the West.
"The title 'H H' stands for 'His Holiness'. This is the highest title given in Tibetan Buddhism. It is only bestowed upon a person who has been officially recognised and tested as the head of a bona fide lineage or school of Tibetan Buddhist philosophy. It's the same title held by the 14th Dalai Lama."
The lecture, called Introduction to Tibetan Buddhism, will take place between 3.30pm and 5.30pm and costs £5 or £2.50 for the unemployed.
