"These are the highly 'tantric' initiations that you can get and that is why it is so rare.

This is the fastest way and the fastest vehicle for people to attain enlightment of which his holiness Dalai Lama is a bright example," said Gary Scott, a monk.

The teachings have been specially organized at the request of Buddhist's from Mongolia.
