Tibetan spiritual leader reminds all about Lord Buddha's teachings

Bhopal, India -- The 17th Karmapa Lama, Trinlay Thaye Doreje, the spiritual head of the Karma Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, has said that Buddhism teaches peace, tolerance and harmony.

He was speaking at a seminar organised as part of the 5Oth year of Dr. B.R Ambedkar's embracing Buddhism in Bhopal today.

Many leaders and followers of Buddhism were present at the seminar and discussed several issues on world peace and problems the humanity facing today.

The spiritual leader of Buddhism was given a warm welcome by the public on his maiden visit to the Madhya Pradesh capital.
