Chief Development Officer Harikant Tripathi said here today, the fest will be inaugurated by Uttar Pradesh assembly speaker Mata Prasad Pandey.

Several cultural programmes including 'mushaira', seminars and exhibitions will also be organised as part of the Mahtosava.
